Persto

A fitness accountability app. Persto plans one session a day from your recovery and your training history, then holds you to it and records what actually happened. Recovery, a reduced session, and an honest reschedule all count. Drifting does not.

On the wrist, the watch runs the session set by set with live heart rate. The phone does the planning; the watch never guesses.

The planner, the readiness verdict, the calorie math, and the safety rails are one shared engine compiled into both the Apple and Android apps. The two cannot disagree about the same body, because they are not two implementations. They are one.

What Persto refuses to do

• Upload your health data. Sleep, heart rate, weight, meals, and training history stay on your phone. Readiness is judged on the device. Workout history is excluded from cloud backups.
• Let a model decide safety. Allergy checks and calorie floors are ordinary tested code. A model does not decide progression, completion, recovery, or anything about food.
• Fake completion. The app records what happened, including the days you did less or nothing. A streak you did not earn is not a streak.
• Require an account. Persto works fully without one. If sign-in ever arrives, it will be for optional extras, never a gate to your own data.

Constantia Technologies LLC was formed in Atlanta in 2026 by Robert Tolbert to build software that keeps its promises. It is self-funded and independent: no investors, no advertising business, no data business. The product is the product.

The name comes from constantia, Latin for steadfastness. It is also what the company asks of the people who use Persto, so it seemed only fair to answer to it too.
